0.4 [V2 24-25] Actualizing E Ola! Learner Outcomes

Welcome to Kamehameha Schools Preschools (KSP) Kaʻaikuahiwi online papa (course) 0.4 Actualizing E Ola! Learner Outcomes, one of four papa in the foundational pathway ʻAha Kahua: Growing ʻŌiwi Leaders through E Ola!. This course underscores the role of focus and intentionality in constructing a culturally relevant, rigorous, and authentic curriculum tailored to ʻōiwi learners. Focus and intentionality is critical in the development of a culturally relevant, rigorous, and authentic curriculum for ʻōiwi learners. Utilizing the E Ola! Learner outcomes, kumu will activate an ‘ōiwi lens to analyze their professional practice to inform planning in designing Hawaiian Culture-Based learning experiences that supports haumāna achievements in E Ola!  The ʻōlelo noʻeau, ʻAʻohe Pau Ka ʻIke I Ka Hālau Hoʻokāhi, (not all knowledge is taught in one school) speaks to the content of this course.  Kumu will infuse knowledge from kūpuna with their Early Education Best Practices to create content in the classroom and utilize practices that promote E Ola! teaching and learning.
